Discovering Frankfurt and the Rhein-Main area with children

Many years ago, several expats in the area told me that there was no good English-language travel guide for families with children to the area. They suggested I could write one and so I did. So many new projects and things happened over the years and I recently I realized that this guide is already thirteen years old. So I went and updated it – which was a lot of fun, by the way. I have a long list of things I want to revisit and visit now. Nothing better than to write a travel guide to rediscover what a great area this is!

So, here is the updated version of Discovering Frankfurt and the Rhein-Main area with children, available as both ebook and paperback. This guide helps you to discover the best museums, activities, child-friendly restaurants and other attractions with your children. There are detailed chapters about Frankfurt, the Taunus, Wiesbaden & Mainz, Hanau & Offenbach, Darmstadt and the South of Frankfurt. If you want to venture further, the guide includes day and weekend excursion suggestions for Hessen. Are there any great tips missing? Then just send me an email and let me know.
